CEG Offers Expert Management of Environmental Assets.
Assessments - Remediation - Maintenance
Our team of scientists and technicians develop and implement environmental management plans from the inventory and mapping stage through the management and maintenance stage. Whether in support of new development, regulatory compliance, permitting, or sustainability, our team of experts offer value through experience and hands-on accountability.
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT STUDY & DESIGN
We have extensive experience preparing permits under a variety of regulatory programs. Stormwater Management involves taking inventory and mapping of assets, quantity and quality analysis, tracking of impervious land cover, runoff calculations, and education. Whether it is protecting surface water, aquifers, or flood mitigation, we provide value to our clients by offering comprehensive services from planning to design through construction and maintenance.
CERTIFIED SOIL SCIENTISTS
One of our more unique areas of environmental management is the assessment and classification of soils by certified Soil Scientists. We have been contracted with the US EPA and USDA to evaluate soils throughout the country and to investigate morphological and physical properties.
The CEDARVILLE team participated on the Technical Committee to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) in helping to re-write the Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual. Our roles on this committee are focused in the aspects related to soil science as it is applied to soil testing for stormwater recharge engineering design BMP options, water quality, and calculations and methodologies.
